Questions and concerns shall be acknowledged within a maximum of 2 business days from receipt by the Township. The Customer Feedback form will be directed to the Clerk's Office, and forwarded to the relevant department. Response time to the customer feedback will depend on the issue, but will not exceed 15 business days, unless extenuating circumstances are involved.
